You are truly rediculous to suggest I have trouble with American Democracy, based upon this. I was attempting to understand just what the heck your complaint was. I saw him say what I quouted him saying, not what you alledge he said. If you are right, he doesn't want ANY branch of American Democracy involved. Hmmm, that would be odd. That's what he was saying to JF. Tim is not entirely happy with the courts in these disunited states. He has made that clear on several occasions. Tim is a strong libertarian. Hey, anyone who would, were he in control, put the religious under house arrest, definitely may be said to have a problem with this American Republic. You keep trying, and its an okay to try, to make me anti democratic. But we both know who has the most trouble with democratic principles. Here's a clue......it ain't liberals! ;~)
