Energem Resources announces the sudden death of David Holender

VANCOUVER, March XX /CNW/ - Energem Resources Inc (TSX:ENM) ("the
Company") announces with regret the death of David (Delu) Holender, a director
of the Company since 1994, who has been an unwavering and enthusiastic
supporter of the Company and its Board of Directors. He will be sadly missed.
Mr Holender passed away suddenly from illness on March 24th, 2005. The
Company expresses condolences to Mr Holender's family and his many friends and
associates.
