You really want to get into the internet outing of gay republicans? Well, it's a jungle out there, but one thing I know about gays. They can recognize their own. They give off secret signals. They never bother me because I don't give off their signals, but gays and bi-sexuals know how to communicate non-verbally when in the same room. Also, they love to gossip, and they all know who else is gay, especially VIP celebrities.
Yes, Coulter is often mentioned as an "obvious" bi-sexual, and questionable articles are out there confirming it, though who knows how much she practices it, I wouldn't. I do know though that when a sexy woman of 40 years old almost never dates men and has had no serious male relationships, the odds are she's gay. Same with gay men. Though some gays marry the oposite sex for cover. See Liza Minnelli, Cary Grant, Asa Hutchinson and many others.

One thing I also know, since political operations are 24/7, straight guys with families have a hard time working non-stop, so gays are often appointed to political operative positions. In both parties, you find many political operatives are gay, openly in the Dem party, closeted usually in the GOP. That goes for the women too. Which may be why Karen Hughes said she's going to spend time with her family, as if to make the point "I may look like a bull dyke but I'm not". Or is she? Condi Rice has never been asked why she never dates men. But the rightwing sure went after Janet Reno, didn't they?
The whole subject is sleazy, and only made necessary to discuss when republicans use gays as wedge issues to scare people, so it's about hypocrisy, and that's all it's about. I could personally care less if someone is gay so long as they're not hitting on me. And I am firmly against gay marriage.
Oh and by the way, gays are very useful in the military. The whole hoopla over that was harmful. Who else do you think wants to be with 500 men aboard a ship or in a submarine? The women who like to live on aircraft carriers are often sex freaks who love lots and lots of men. Like the boy scout leader or the Catholic priests. People tend to work where they can find the kind of pleasure they need. Why deny it? |
