Scott, that pay package pales by comparison to Carly's. $8 mil of restricted stock vesting over 3 years and a $2 mil signing bonus? Didn't she get sixty or eighty mil worth of stock just for walking in the door - immediately vested? From what I've seen, I like this guy. No rock star CEO. Just an air of quiet competence. I'm pleased.
