didn't the president pick these people to serve him? If we hired someone to run a department and he/she went out on her own without direction and follow up..I think we would have had a sit down discussion about who is boss, why you were hired and the objectives to be carried. Hopefully , this was understood before the position was ever offered to these cabinet sec. If they do not like it , let them quit.
