Frank, In very, very general terms, the EIA and the producers have come out and told everyone there may not be enough supply for the 4th quarter and winter. Based on that little tidbit, what would you do? 1. Continue to fill SPR ASAP - top it off if possible (rumblings about an additional 300 million bbls to 1 billion) 2. Build inventories to carry us though the winter (much like NG). Crude continues to build but demand is strong and finished product continues to decline. Not good 3. Protect yourself on the Nymex. CL and NG up again this morning It's all happening. The CL and NG strip through 2011 tells the story. The problem is most don't beleive (yet) and it's right there for everyone to see. That's the opportunity! Michael
