If they do not like it , let them quit. The article was a "huff and puff" one by a WaPo reporter who was looking for controversy. Major problem with these Cabinet Secretaries is that they get captured by their "yes, Minister" civil service subordinates, and don't carry out the President's wishes. They should love this new treatment. Everybody that takes these jobs wants "WH time" and "face time with the Prez." This provides them with it.
