Yep, this was more or less expected but it is very nice to see it nailed down.

What do you make of Beckman's purchase of CLTR's former parent Coulter? It may have caused the short-lived ~10% jump in CLTR's shares on Tuesday. Seems pretty non-material to me; but "old parent" Coulter owns, as of the April 30 proxy, over 16% of CLTR shares and one has to wonder about Beckman's willingness to hold them.
