CNBC asked GS to come on and talk about the report. They declined, at least that's what CNBC normally says. CNBC just said GS representatives REFUSED to comment on it.

Chip stocks do get pumped from time to time, but it's been a long time since I heard anyone suggest one would double from a record high!
