Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc Reports Net Profit of over $550,000 for Year End 2004 3/31/2005 8:30:04 AM

ASHEVILLE, N.C., Mar 31, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HISC) announced today that it has released its year end un-audited financials for period ending December 31, 2004. Home Land Integrated Security Systems reported a Net Profit of over $550,000 for the year end.

Sales for the year ended December 31, 2004 were $ $2,061,856 with Gross Profit for year ended December 31, 2004 of $1,585,051 Expenses for the year were less than $1,000,000 and the company reported a Net Operating Profit of $585,666.

"Our goal for this company is quite simple. Continue to revolutionize Homeland Defense, and provide profits for our shareholders. We expect to increase our sales, reduce our costs, and continue our profitability this year," stated Frank A. Moody, II, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

Phase II testing has already begun for the Savannah port project , incorporating a significant number of our tracking devices deployed, both on the port and in the immediate area surrounding the port. Phase II will last approximately 4 weeks, and will allow HISS to perform long-term data analysis for the port. James Bullock, Chairman, reports that, "the completion of the entire study will produce a comprehensive white paper outlining the benefits of the Cyber Tracker to the ports."
