Yeah, well, I say it's a good thing we know that we can't rely on him when the chips are down.

Because Congress passed a law that gave this woman's family the right to a trial de novo, but nobody except for a couple of dissenting judges was willing to abide by the law of the land. If Jeb Bush won't even enforce a law passed by Congress, he sure as hell won't stand for anything that matters.

Compare and contrast with Reagan, who stood up to the Soviets, and defied Congress by sending weapons to the Sandinistas when Congress passed an unconstitutional law prohibiting it.
