Everybody focus's on the high crimes and misdemeanors section of the Constitution when it comes to impeaching judges. People completely miss the section where it says judges can continue serving as long as their behaviour is good. Bad behaviour isn't crimes, its a way to impeach judges for bad decisions or making decisions outside the law or playing the role of the legislature or the states on their own.
