He's a second string player, good enough for Florida but not for president.

I don't know enough about Jeb Bush to make such a statement and I'm surely not going to judge him solely on Schiavo anymore than I judged W on some isolated issue while he was Governor of Texas. Like all pols, though, he's trying to make political capital out of a family's tragedy. I think this is crafty, manipulative, and not too decent, but as Dick Morris aptly notes, it is backfiring on Jeb.

Pols will be pols.

I'm really stunned to see that the idea is floating around unchallenged that Jeb could have enforced a federal law entrusted exlusively to the federal courts.
