Oh, I love it. Judges strike down laws written by legislatures at the drop of a hat these days, but if the legislature has questions then we're living in a police state all of a sudden? Get a grip. Legislatures write laws. Judges judge cases. Executives run governments. The three bodies are supposed to be separate but co-equal, with checks and balances. If judges think it's their job to write laws and run governments, maybe they need to re-think.
