The number of common shares outstanding has increased to 12,203,000.
That's up 364,000. I hope you guys know what your doing, because the
prefereds can now buy and sell and still make close to a 30% while
driving the stock down. By the time the NASD makes any moves this stock
and our money will be ancient history. Ever have any experiences
dealing with goverment bureaucrats? Do you really think their going to
drop everything and investigate this case immediately? If you have any
doubts check out a stock by the ticker symbol DACQ. There's a thread
on it in Silicon Investor with thousands of sad stories.

P.S. Art, thanks for backing me up about the MM comment. I know I
may sound like one hear, but I'm the furthest thing from it. I just
afraid the MM will move faster than the NASD. It's now in the interest
of the prefered's for the stock to start moving up.
