You must be too young to remember when Eisenhower put the Arkansas National Guard under federal control and sent in the 101st Airborne to enforce Brown vs. Board of Education. Unconstitutional?

LOL! I don't think Eisenhower was still ALIVE when I was born. <g>

But I get your point, though I think it's a diff case because the Prez probably justified it under his powers as Commander in Chief, etc. Congress could not order Jeb to use State Troopers to enforce its acts, though. That's a violation of the 10th A, and probably of separation of powers, as well (steps on the Executive's toes).

But big caveat that I may be totally wrong, just throwing it out there...
