Bush snorted cocaine for sure. But give him a break, in the late 70's and early 80's it was the hip thing to do. It was well accepted in high society. It went on in the Carter White House. I snorted with some Kennedy kids and some rightwing Buckley kids. It went on in Bush's bedroom and parties. he was in the same world as us, just a bit older. It went on a lot of places. It was a status symbol. Bush loved coke and booze. But then he had to start getting serious. He may also have been busted for cocaine. His father would have been furious. Jeb would have become the favorite son. GW had something to prove. He picked the right girl to marry. He lost an election and almost gave up. He scammed his way through about 5-6 years making money off his name and screwing people. He then went through a possibly phony public "born again" period which constituted of one meeting with Billy Graham, then a lot of talking about it. He made deals with Bectel and other huge corporations and used his father's connections with the arabs and oil CEO's. Plus Cheney, james Baker, Carlyle Group, Rumsfeld, many heavyweights. Bear in mind the CEO's are family friends killing GW's butt because of his father's name.

Bush should have smoked pot instead. Then he'd see the error of his ways and not have to be a phony. He'd also be more christian with his policies and he'd respect the environment more. Pot is the only drug which has never killed anyone. Ever. Others kill millions, especially the legal drugs alcohol and tobacco. Also Prozac, speed, downers, painkillers, diet pills, have all killed people. All available with a prescription.
