I don't "make" you "anti-democratic." You do that yourself when you express your plainly fascist desire to lock up those whom you fear. Expressing a wish to have someone kept in their home is not an example of being anti democratic. In practice, I would never require a person to shut up but I might wish they would. That doesn't make anti speech either. This isn't my portrayal of you, it is your own words which fit the bill. As for Tim, I'm guessing your portrayal is at odds with his actual intent. Tim has complained about the judicial system in this country for some time now. There are times he greatly disagrees with their decisions and thinks they intervene too much in our lives. So I doubt that my portrayal is at odds with his actual intent. ted
