Regarding GS and CNBC, its about time DISCLOSURE is redefined. If CNBC wants to report that an analyst has an opinion, then they should say do you have a vested interest in the call?? Its so rediculous that CNBC asks others, if the analyst won't come on and disclose then CNBC SHOULD NOT REPORT IT!!! Its just about time the public gets the last laugh
