As opposed to the one who thinks hydropower will be in trouble this year? ;)

My point is to the recent arguments that hydropower will be in short supply this summer and will need to be offset by using more NG turbines. It ain't going to happen that way, at least not this year. There are local and regional areas that are below normal (as usual) but National Hydropower situation is in good shape for the summer. In particular the hydropower situation is good where the peak demand will be greatest this summer (A/C usage in the southeast)

There's a reason I will short NG producers but not oil producers. NG stocks are likely to build a lot this summer.
