Below is a note copied from the Leroy Stockman Forum today. I hope that Leroy won't mind me posting it over here. Well, here goes: Subject: JAVA, GCR September 3, 1997 Fr: The Meyer Group LeRoy, Food Concepts, Inc. (OTC BB - JAVA) - We know the Company has been in merger talks with Colonial Coffee of Miami. In addition, we hear that on August 28, the Company was in discussion with a very large company in Brisbaine, Austrailia. Next week, Food Concepts will have a special Board Meeting which we perceive to be very positive. Look for a good move to the upside.
