This is an excerpt from an AOL thread on JVGI from user Boss179364@aol.com posted by me for discussion purposes: "As the financial situation became desperate through mismanagement in January of 1997, the management of Java Group Deutschland Gmbh HRB 41617 (registered at the court in Frankfurt main) returned to Vancouver abandoning all stores and employees and most of all thier legal obligations to vendors, suppliers, internal revenue, social securities systems and so forth. Numerous lawsuits are pending in the city of Chemnitz from former employees and vendors and criminal bankruptcy has been filed" (Boss179364@aol.com) I am now in contact with Boss179364 and will provide more information if anyone wishes to discuss this.
