I have been watching the events surrounding the Pope since yesterday afternoon. Stayed up till 2:00am last night. To athiests and possibly non Catholics this wall to wall coverage must be irritating, but to me, this WORLDWIDE outpouring of grief, sorrow, prayers and even celebration is most incredible. IMHO no one anywhere at anytime ever received such a human outpouring of emotions, I hope the Pope has some sense of it, he certainly deserves it. jdn
