Matt,

First things first ... IAIC accomplished its goal as stated to obtain
a NASDAQ listing. It has SUCCEEDED and fellow shareholders should
be very pleased. There were certain skeptics who claimed that the
NASDAQ listing would NEVER be obtained and worse (puh-lease)!

That said I expect institutional activity in IAIC to pick up starting
on MONDAY when the NASDAQ listing takes effect. The timing of the
listing to coincide with the Cruttenden Roth and H.C. Wainright Y2K
institutional investor conferences is ideal!

It seems that today's afternoon swoon in the stock price reflects a
mildly negative article on Bloomberg at 1:01 PM (according to a posting
on AOL). The main points were new competition, weak Q2/97 and awaiting
CA's licensing arrangement to pay-off. I was not concerned by these
comments and see the bigger picture of IAIC's potentially lucrative
licensing arrangements particularly with CA. IAIC continues to have
a market valuation substantially smaller than its Y2K toolset competitors
ie: VIAS, ZITL, M/D, CRYSF, ALYD, etc. and a thin float which bodes
well for its future stock performance.

IMHO, it's only the beginning for IAIC and we will eventually see a
NASDAQ NMS listing and a leading Y2K stock market valuation.

I remain ver-r-ry long on IAIC ... tick, tick, tick ...!

Regards.

Elliot
