Kevin, in your zeal to defend hedge funds, you entirely miss the point. Are you suggesting that your hedgie bosses should be free to manipulate, free to conspire with MM's, free to pretty much do whatever they wish?

I may not know what I'm talking about in your eyes, but it's clear you want an environment where your bosses can do whatever they wish to do irrespective of whether it is manipulation or not.

It's that type of attitude that we saw back in the days of the gurus and that's why some are in jail.
