Maybe I would label some details a little bit differently, but - overall - I can't see anything wrong with your count. Btw, they say that Broadening Formations are bearish when they follow an advance. Now, what about the broadening pattern (on the hourly chart) on INDU, which developed since the low on 3/23? Since it follows a decline, should it be considered potentially bullish? Just curious... we'll see, I suppose.
