In writing---poetry----literary writing------the use of a sequence of words beginning with the same consonant. English teachers are known to do assignments asking students to use alliteration in their writing. An old example----Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. How many pickled peppers did Peter Piper Pick. How did we get from stocks to here. lol mj
