The companies technology works, it's just finishing up it's first contract on the Juker site. When sonic completes their fist commercial job it will prove it is the only mobile and fixed plant that can destroy pcb's without creating any new emissions. Once the soil has been tested and shown to be PCB free by an independent analyst it will be clear sailing. All indications are everything is going well.
Here is a write-up on them, it was done by an investment letter in the USA back in October, it's very hyped up quite a bit but it will give you an idea of their technology and market potential.

They have an excellent management team, the patent for the pcb application covers 20 industrialized countries good cash, limited or no competition and a billion dollar market potential (especially Japan).
This one you buy and just lock away for a bit and don't look back...at least a 2-3 bagger at current prices imo.

Sonic has no debt, about 7 million in cash and only 17.6 million shares outstanding.
If you want to see what sort of potential this company has take a look at Bennett Enviornmental's chart (before they got slammed for not being truthful with their financials) Sonic has the same sort of technonlogy accept the biggest difference is their equipment is portable (meaning they can go to the site and clean up).
Here is the chart for Bennett

You can see how explosive this can become, I'm expecting to hear some good news on Sonic over the next little while and also expect it to list on the TSE (Toronto Stock Exchange) this year.
As always do your own due diligence, I'm not an analyst, I'm not a broker, nor do I work for any of the companies that I mention. I'm just an everyday average investor.
Cheers
DISCLOSURE: I have SNV shares at an average of $2.45 so I'm not in that much cheaper than the market price, I started buying in July 2004 in the $3.00 range and kept averaging down. I would like to give it a 1 year price target of $6.00-$7.00 but will get a better idea once they start generating some contracts and we see how profitable they are. |
