EP - I agree totally and stand by my earlier prediction...

"...I see a 95% probability of $26 oil within two years and 50% probability within a year." (August 11, 2004)

Econometrics shows that oil price is mean-reverting and except for recent history, since 1973 has always reverted to the US$24-26 range.

I expect short term bargains in energy are coming sooner than most expect.
