In the US we encourage urban sprawl and give big tax deductions for buying Hummers and CXTs. We also like big homes with high ceilings, hot tubs, waterfalls, heated pools, air conditioning, huge refrigerators, all appliances have instant on and programming, and TVs in every room. Do you think anybody will heed the IEA recommendations?
