Moscow Regional Administration of Power System Management": JOINT STOCK COMPANY "controlling energy company", JOINT STOCK COMPANY "main net company", JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Moscow urban electric-net company", JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Moscow heat-net company", JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Moscow provincial electric-net company", JOINT STOCK COMPANY Of Mosenergosbyt, JOINT STOCK COMPANY "specialized drawing and designing bureau for
repair and reconstruction", JOINT STOCK COMPANY Of Mosteploset Energoremont, JOINT STOCK COMPANY Of Mosenergoset'stroy, JOINT STOCK COMPANY Gray (Kashira), JOINT STOCK COMPANY "of GRES - State Regional Electric Power Plant -5" (Shatura), JOINT STOCK COMPANY "of GRES - State Regional Electric Power Plant -24" (Ryazansk) and JOINT STOCK COMPANY "Zagorskiy GAES".
The brand of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of Power
System Management" was preserved for the generating company, which consists of 17 power stations by total power about 10 thousand. mW. Company will preserve for itself 47% of active memberships. Kashira, Shatura and Ryazansk GRES - STATE REGIONAL ELECTRIC POWER PLANT they
will be included in OGK No1, OGK No4 and OGK No6 respectively. Zagorskiy GAES will become part JOINT STOCK COMPANY "hydro-HaugK".
From the moment of the state registration of new joint-stock companies
their actions are considered those placed among the shareholders OF
JOINT STOCK COMPANY of "Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of
Power System Management", the registered in the list shareholders OF JOINT STOCK COMPANY of
"Mosenergo - Moscow Regional Administration of Power System
Management" as of this day.
The registered joint-stock companies during April must approve on
their councils of the directors of the solution about the release and
reports about the sums of the release of actions, and also tax the indicated documents into the Federal Service for the
financial markets (FSFR) for their state registration. It is planned, that the registration of reports in FSFR will be realized to June
2005. To the moment of registering the report about the sums of the release
of actions the rotation of securities is forbidden by the legislation
of the Russian Federation.
