Gus > Michael Schiavo was offered one million dollars to divorce her

So money may not have been the motive and, indeed, his refusal to accept $1m to divorce her lends credibility to another agenda. Being a staunch Catholic he would not have been allowed to divorce Terri, under any circumstances, in order to marry his new ladyfriend, which he clearly wanted to do. By far the easiest way for him to be free of his marital attachment to Terry was if she died.

> They didn't show Mrs Schiavo in her CURRENT condition.

Her CURRENT condition is actually unimportant --- even if she's no more than a vegetable -- for the reason, as I mentioned, that her parents were prepared to care for her unconditionally. But, in terms of the agenda I propose above, Michael did not want them to have anything to do with her. For him to be free to marry wife no 2, Terri had to die and the sooner the better.
