for the thread's perusal (also entered into jj's form), my EPS contest entry and comment: AMD revenue $1,210 (-4.3%) (Yahoo consensus $1,210) CPU revenue $690 (-5.5%) Flash revenue $485 (-3.8%) EPS $0.03 (Yahoo consensus $0.03) Stock price $17.47 Intel revenue $9,270M (-3%) (Yahoo consensus $9,310) Microprocessor revenue $6,400 (-6%) Flash revenue $670 (+4.2%) EPS $0.29 (Yahoo consensus $0.31) Stock price $23.49 ARGGH! My AMD numbers=Yahoo, they must be wrong. The AMD figures are pretty poor, but the stock will benefit from positive forward guidance and product developments. I'm still disappointed in 90nm volumes. They should be selling 3800+ for <$300 and drop the price on the 3500+. My own 3500+ 90nm runs stable at 2.64 GHz with standard voltage & cooling, why are no 90nm 3800+ 2.4 GHz chips available yet? Petz
