Addi--- it is best if we momentum players stay and work the price. why the thought of a .06 saving was worth 13% of float I am not sure. I hope institutions buy 26% prior to the 21st to keep the float stable. The dilution will be absorbed -- but not without cost--- at least tempoarily. SPNSF can very well be in the 20s soon--- but with dilution I will stop trades and may sell core holding to come back at stabilization. JOHN
