Something like half carry a balance.
Still, that is an enormous percentage IMO.

Actually the data looks screwy.
33% of the population does not use cards at all?!
Up from 30% in 2002?!

supposedly 28/67th carry a balance.
let's call it 42% of those that use cards carry a balance.
45% of that 42% make the minimum payment or no payment.
I guess that means that roughly 19% of cardholders make the minimum or no payment.
