ALAN: Actually, there is very little difference in the two deals. Both are non exclusive in Japan, but exclusive thoughout the rest of Asia. Both have the Japanese companies making a financial committment to sell ALAN's TSI..one, NEC, in the prison system, the other to explore applications outside of the prison sector.
