Yes, I saw that... apparently NY Attorney General Spitzer was quoted as saying he thought matters with AIG might possibly be settled without criminal complaints being filed.

Still, there is nothing but bad news for shareholders, regardless of whether anybody goes to jail or not. And it seems likely that more bad news is on the way.

This will not be a sustained rally IMHO.

The analysts are in disarray... some issuing downgrades, others issuing upgrades.

The 20 ema would be a good place to consider a short entry:
