re: 51% of the apprehensions are on the Arizona border.
There are 1.1m apprehensions on the total US Mexican border.

I won't do the math for you, but if we're talking 3-4 hundred people and 3 planes covering 26 miles, and the border is almost 2000 miles, we've got a cost and practicality issue.

As usual the best solution is to remove the incentive. Focus on the employers, put them in jail. There are probably on average 1 employer for every 50 illegals, much easier to get the employers. The illegals won't come if there are no employers.

But that ignores the reality, there is no political will to solve this, because illegal immigration benefits too many people.

It appears they cut the grass in the park areas of my sub-division. I'm aware of it, the authorities are almost certainly aware of it. When was the last time you turned in a company for employing illegals?
