I agree.

That would include.

1. Modify the anchor baby law. (This is already in the works)
2. Go after the employers. Amazing how they busted Wal Marts chops.
3. Let the police ask for papers.
4. Use unmanned drones and volunteers on the border. Maybe move some military bases.
5. Enable some kind of guest worker program if necessary but make the employer prove he can't get US citizens first.
