While she's chasing her tail, I'm chasing a perfect cocktail for each day of the week. This evening, I'm having a Between the Sheets or Maiden's Prayer as some called it. It's been a rough day and I felt the need for something to smooth out the rough edges. I miss the cocktail hour. I couldn't wait to grow up to enjoy it and it seems to have passed me up. I'm not talking about mixed drinks you get at the local bar. I'm talking real classic cocktails. Cocktail hour is upon us, what will you have?
