Our tribute is oil. No it isn't. We pay a lot of money for that oil. You don't pay for tribute at least not directly. and there is no question that our actions are intended to conquer the middle east by installing "friendly" governments. There is no question of that because it is so ridiculous that the idea doesn't even deserve a question. Tim
