Ought to do that with CONGRESS. jdn Not a bad idea. Can you just imagine what would happen if both sides of the aisle of both Houses were locked in together until they actually created a bill of importance to the country, and they had to all vote on it with their signature.

All we would see when we opened the door, is a bunch of feathers, a few scraps of flesh, and torn up clothing...There would be, however, a few pair of false teeth still chattering away on the floor of the Congressional Closet.
