Believe it or not, very smooth. You need to use light rum, I guess I left that important part out. You can't use dark rum, it ruins the taste. If you use store bought lemon juice, it doesn't have a smooth a taste as fresh squeezed but it'll do in a pinch. You just gotta sip it though.
