Rick: regarding the concept behind the "53 series"...Your post number 64.... You posted a PNAS paper about the muscarinic acetylcholine receptor... Is the Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor the same as the Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor?....Does Sibia have have compounds which can modulate the Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor? Does the "53 series" act at both the Nicotinic acetylcholine receptor as well as the Muscarinic acetylcholine receptor....what is the specificity of the drug?.....why is this relevant to the 53 series? :-) Cheers!
