Well Canadians sure aren't representative of what you think Ralph Emerson. Of course when you say Canadians you probably mean only the cities of Toronto and Montreal where you think all Canadians live. I would venture to say that if you get outside the boundaries of the major cities in Canada (except Quebec which is another story) you will get a true indication of what a Canadian thinks. Most Canadians are proud to be Canadian but still value the friendships and partnerships we have forged with the USA. The large city civil servant urbanites (most but not all, my Eastern city friends) are too used to going to the trough and being fed by their Liberal pork-barrel friends in Ottawa and are quite happy to go about their linguistic high society social gatherings, modern art viewings, and Adrienne Clarkson type affairs.

In true Liberal fashion you refuse to see any other viewpoint than your own and as soon as someone challenges a Liberal, you are either a racist or a bigot. And the only comeback you seem to have as Liberals is go to the USA and live with George Bush. I have one better; if you don't like the way real Canadians think, put a for sale sign on your house and move to Havanna.

Canada has been highjacked by the Liberals and Quebec civil servant elite class for too long. Having the CBC to rant about how radical Conservatives are whenever the right wing is on the verge of rising in the polls is also a benefit that Chretien and Martin use to their advantage.

It is Canadians like you (Liberals and left wingnuts) who make me embarrased, at times, for Canada on the world stage.
