In 1981 gasoline was about $3 per gallon in CA in today's prices. That was the cap in 1981. CA has gas NOW at $3 per gallon and the summer driving season hasn't even begun. There is a good chance that gas may go higher and stay there. You can thank Mr. Bush for that. ted
