So, is this the "it" rally, to correct the month-long decline, or maybe even a reversal? Maybe, hard to tell. Many stocks like IBM, 3M, GE, CSCO, QCOM are flat or negative. EW-wise, I think it's interesting that the RUT/IWM on the hourly - since 3/29 - seem to be tracing out a "3-3-5". So, even though I am a believer that we'll see - at least - a meaningful relief rally, I am not buying it yet. No rush.
