Given my argument that high crime rates are statistically correlated to "the ghetto" (poor, black or Latino, uneducated, unemployed, living in an urban setting with a high concentration of other unemployed and uneducated people) -- are there actually places like that in Manhattan these days?

I thought these types of neighborhoods were in the outer burbs like the Bronx.

Would concealed carry permits help the non-predators defend themselves from the predators? They might.

I think the place to look would be Richmond, VA, since VA has "concealed carry" now. Or any other ghetto type area in a state with concealed carry permits.

But Idaho isn't a fair comparison.
