i looked into their 10k and they seem to have had a checkered past - lots of stock issued to cover debt and acquisition, significant issues with cash flow, warning that they will need additional working capital going forward (and will have to consider issuing more stock or tapping into line of credit or getting more in debt).... the positive news is that insiders own 45% of the company, and only 2 institutions are in, and there has been some recent insider buying in the $3-$4 range ... did you know all this? do you still feel positive? thanks for your thoughts jake
