I guess this is the new tactic, set the judges up as targets and blame them for it. Notice how it conveniently ignores the fact that pretty much all of the assaults on judges are usually disgruntled defendants and have nothing to do with ideology? But facts are only important to the "reality-based" and have nothing to do with ideologically driven politics.

What next, hiring hitmen? After all, they already hire reporters and pundits, can it really be that much of a step?
